The scope of the contract is described as monitoring and documenting biotopes and vegetation in the Tegeler Stadtheide in the investigation years 2027 and 2029. Such as: flächendeckende biotope mapping of approx. 148 ha according to the current Berlin biotope key with additional attributes; recording dominance stands of three plant “problem species”; vegetation surveys on 45 permanent plots in two seasonal aspects (spring and summer), including digital data matrix entry and compilation of a complete species table; floristic survey of the entire investigation area with mapping of eight target species; creation of shapefiles with attribute tables for all biotope polygons; and preparation of annual written reports in Word/PDF. Place of performance is Berlin (postcode 13405, Tegeler Stadtheide). The contract period begins with award, runs until the end of the 2029 investigation year, with key performance deadlines of 30.11.2027 and 30.11.2029 for abnahmereife delivery. A kick‑off meeting on site (2 hours) and an online debrief meeting (4 hours) are included.

Award criteria and their weighting are straightforward. Such as: the only stated Zuschlagskriterium is the price – the offer with the lowest overall price (including all contract years and any optional services) receives the award, provided minimum suitability requirements are met.
