The subject of this public contract is the design and delivery of a decontamination station or a set of multiple stations (hereinafter also referred to as "equipment") incl. odour removal equipment for Turnov Hospital (hereinafter referred to as "the subject of the public contract"), the purpose of which is to regulate the hazardous properties of healthcare waste according to the needs of the contracting authority. … the equipment in the premises defined by the Project Documentation, which, together with the Building Permit, defines the requirements of the contracting authority – the final form and scope of the works will depend on the draft technical solution of the selected supplier; any interventions or changes compared to the Project Documentation or the Item budget will be consulted by the selected contractor with the contracting authority in the performance of the work, c) the provision of warranty service for a period of 24 months and d) the provision of out-of-warranty service during the warranty period and post-warranty service for a period of 60 months after the end of the warranty period. · The subject of this public contract is the design and delivery of a decontamination station or a set of multiple stations, including odour removal equipment for Turnov Hospital.
