… services under this contract include the services of professional supervision (construction, mechanical, technological, electrical and other) within the meaning of the Construction Act (NN 155/2025), the Act on Physical Planning and Construction Activities (NN 78/15, 118/18, 110/19) and supervision of works performed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the construction contract for construction and engineering works according to the projects of the Contracting Authority (FIDIC Red Book, the first edition of 1999) and the services of the occupational health and safety coordinator during the execution phase of works. When carrying out professional supervision, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Rules on the manner of carrying out professional supervision of construction works, the form, conditions and manner of keeping the construction log and the content of the final report of the supervising engineer (NN Nos 131/2021, 68/2022, 155/2025). The services of the occupational health and safety coordinator will be carried out in all respects in accordance with the applicable Occupational Safety and Health Act (NN Nos 71/2014, 118/2014, 154/2014, 94/2018, 96/2018), by-laws and, in particular, the Rules on occupational health and safety at temporary construction sites (NN Nos 48/2018, 66/2026).
