The scope of the subject of the procurement is the provision of supervision services for works carried out in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the construction contract for construction and engineering works according to the projects of the Client (FIDIC Red Book, first edition 1999) and the services of the occupational health and safety coordinator at the stage of execution of works. … Supervision services under this contract include professional supervision services (construction, mechanical, technological, electrical and other) within the meaning of the Construction Act (OG 155/2025), the Physical Planning and Construction Operations and Activities Act (OG 78/15, 118/18, 110/19) and supervision of works carried out in accordance with the Construction Contract Terms and Conditions for construction and engineering works under the projects of the Client (FIDIC Crvena knjiga, first edition 1999) and the services of occupational health and safety coordinators in the construction phase. When conducting professional supervision, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Ordinance on the manner of conducting professional supervision of construction, the form, conditions and manner of keeping the construction log and the content of the final report of the supervising engineer (OG 131/2021, 68/2022, 155/2025). The services of occupational health and safety coordinators shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable Occupational Safety and Health Act (OG 71/2014, 118/2014, 154/2014, 94/2018, 96/2018), by-laws and in particular the Rules on occupational health and safety at temporary construction sites (OG 48/2018, 66/2026). A detailed description of the services which are the subject of this procurement is given in the technical specifications - a description of the works, which are an integral part of this Tender documentation (hereinafter: DoN). The estimated value of the works that will be subject to supervision and occupational health and safety coordinator at the time of sending to the publication DoN is EUR 16,442,020.48 excluding VAT. · The subject of the procurement is the services of supervision of construction works, i.e. the expert supervision and occupational health and safety coordinator of the construction works of the swimming pool complex in Varaždin in all in accordance with the technical specifications - a description of the works that have been published as a separate document.
