Overview of the tender conditions for the procurement of black short-sleeved T-shirts

✓This text describes an international open tender procedure conducted by the Public Security Service under the Ministry of the Interior (Lithuania) for the purchase of a black short-sleeved shirt.

✓Technical advantages shall be awarded 30 points and at least three parameters shall be evaluated, such as: resistance to budding in accordance with LST EN ISO 12945-2 (ranges of 4-5 degrees with appropriate scoring), stain resistance to artificial light in accordance with LST EN ISO 105-B02, and dimensional change after washing and drying in accordance with LST EN ISO 5077 and LST EN ISO 6330; technical superiority scores shall be calculated on the basis of the following formulae, by comparing the difference between the baseline requirement and the maximum difference between tenders.

✓As indicated above, the total value of the score L is calculated as the sum of the scores for the price and the three technical parameters, and the tender with the highest L is awarded.
