Maintenance contract for the urban CCTV network of the Zone de Police des Hauts-Pays

Where an operator relies on subcontractor capacities, it must join documents showing the subcontractor’s commitment and, if not directly certified by the manufacturers, identify certified subcontractors in its offer.
Such as concerns the scope of the contract, the object is the full preventive and corrective maintenance of all surveillance cameras, their peripherals and the associated IT/network infrastructure of the Zone de Police des Hauts-Pays, including servers and storage.

The place of performance is the CCTV sites across Dour, Quiévrain, Hensies and Honnelles.
Preventive maintenance is annual during office hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00), with dates agreed at least 14 calendar days in advance.
