Construction measure Westfalenpark Dortmund – award documents for scaffolding works
The documents describe the award of a construction contract for scaffolding works as part of the construction measure ‘Westfalenpark, Umgestaltung Zentralplatz’ in Dortmund.
They are based on the German procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB/A, VOB/B, VOB/C) as well as additional contractual conditions of the city of Dortmund.
As regards the documents to be submitted and the suitability requirements, it is stipulated that the tender must contain the completed tender letter (form 213), the tender specifications with prices and declarations requested and the forms referred to in section C of the invitation to tender.
