Public tender for framework contracts for office and file removals in Schleswig-Holstein
The input text concerns a German public procurement procedure conducted by Gebäudemanagement Schleswig-Holstein AöR (GMSH) for framework contracts covering office, small and file removals and related services.

Where the Bekanntmachung and the detailed tender documents conflict, German case‑law generally gives primacy to the detailed tender documents, but bidders are obliged under the Bewerbungsbedingungen to point out perceived ambiguities “unverzüglich” before submitting their offer.
