Risks and special conditions are covered, such as in the ZVB‑related clauses and LB section 12: the contract is a Werkvertrag; the LfULG’s ZVB (version 12/2025) and VOL/B become integral parts unless overridden by the LB. Payment follows verified partial performance via Abschlagsrechnungen for completed work packages, to be invoiced by 15.10 of each financial year with a bidder‑submitted Zahlungsplan.
