Such as summarised in the “Verzeichnis im Vergabeverfahren vorzulegende Unterlagen” and the Aufforderung, bidders must submit with their offer: the Angebotsschreiben; the priced Leistungsverzeichnis; either the form “Preisermittlung bei Zuschlagskalkulation” or “Preisermittlung bei Kalkulation über die Endsumme”; the Angebot Lohngleitklausel (if they offer an Änderungssatz); the Erklärung zur Verwendung von Holzprodukten; the Vertragsformular(e) Instandhaltung; the Brandenburg minimum wage declarations Formular 5.3 (BbgVergG) and Formular 5.4 for Nachunternehmer; and, where applicable, the Verzeichnis der Nachunternehmerleistungen, the Erklärung Bieter-/Arbeitsgemeinschaft, and the Verzeichnis der Leistungen/Kapazitäten anderer Unternehmen.
