Public tender for the district of Havelland: Supply of hardware (workstations and monitors) for the Cadastre and Survey Office
The text deals with a procurement procedure of the rural district of Havelland (Germany, Federal State of Brandenburg) for the supply of IT hardware (PC workstations and monitors) under German procurement and contract law (UVgO/VgV, GWB, BbgVergG, VOL/B, EVB-IT).
With regard to the content of the tender and the suitability requirements, the document ‘1.02 Compilation of documents to be submitted’ and the cover letter lay down, inter alia: The tender must be accompanied by the lot-specific price sheet (2.01), the offer letter (2.02), the agreement on compliance with the minimum requirements under the BbgVergG for the tenderer (FB‐3‐06), product data sheets per product offered, the self-declaration on §§ 44, 45 VgV (FB‐1‐01, with information on the company, register, IHK/HWK, business purpose, SME status, prequalification, business/professional liability insurance), the self-declaration on the absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to §§ 123, 124 GWB (FB‐1‐02) and, if applicable, the joint bid declaration (FB‐3‐03), self-declaration of subcontractor services (FB‐3‐04) and self-declaration of suitability loan (FB‐3‐05).
Upon request, proof of register and insurance and, for subcontractors and suitability lenders, their self-declarations (FB‐4‐01, FB‐4‐02) as well as letters of commitment (FB‐4‐04, FB‐4‐05) and BbgVergG agreements (FB‐4‐06) must be submitted.
