… of the consignment without a leaflet: 315 500 pieces, - packing the package with the leaflet: 4 500 items, - delivery of the consignment and return of the acknowledgement of receipt or return of the non-delivered consignment: 320 000 units. 3.2. Lot 2 of the contract: - packing of the consignment without a leaflet: 83 500 pieces, - packing the package with the leaflet: 1 500 items, - delivery of the consignment and return of the acknowledgement of receipt or return of the non-delivered consignment: 85 000 units. The volume given above is the estimated value. The settlement will be based on the number of shipments actually delivered. The Ordering Party shall ensure that the volume of shipments transferred to the Contractor will be in accordance with § 3 sec. 2 model contract, respectively for each lot. 4. The Contracting Authority accepts the possibility of submitting partial tenders for each of the lots described in point 2 above. The contractor may submit a tender for one or both lots. 5. The Ordering Party shall allow the provision of the service in such a form that the Contractor, after receiving the shipments from the Ordering Party, will then send them to another postal operator in the name and on behalf of the Ordering Party. At the same time, the Ordering Party does not allow a situation where there is a different entity on the shipment as a sender than the Ordering Party. 6. The contracting authority does not require the performance of the contract by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provision of Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Law Act, hereinafter referred to as "the Act". 7. The contracting authority, pursuant to Article 95(1) CTMR, 1 of the Act, requires the employment by the Contractor (or subcontractor) during the performance of the contract, persons on the basis of an employment relationship to perform the activities specified in § 8 sec. 3 model contracts (Annexes 13A/13B to the ToR) in accordance with § 8 para. 3 - 7 of these model contracts. Performing the above-mentioned activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974 (consolidated text: Dz. of Laws 2026, item 1245). 8. The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(2) CTMR. 1 point 7 of the Act in the amount not exceeding 120% of the value of the basic contract, i.e. PLN 4 517 297.56 net (including part 1 of the contract: PLN 3 569 180.49 net, part 2 of the contract: PLN 948 117.07 net). These contracts will consist in the repetition of similar services – in relation to those described in the present procedure in the model contracts with annexes (for each lot, respectively). The conditions under which the above-mentioned contracts will be awarded will correspond to the conditions set out in the present procedure in the model contracts and their annexes (for each lot, respectively), with the conditions for participation in the procedure being limited to the repeated scope of the contract. Value indicated in points 2.1.3. and 5.1.5. (for each lot) the notice shall take into account the value of those contracts. 9. The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted. 10. Prior to initiating the procedure, the contracting authority did not carry out preliminary market consultations. 11.
