The Facility Contact Center supports NWW in handling first-line customer contact in Dutch and English. The service consists of a basic structural occupancy (wake flame) that provides support during the year with the regular service, supplemented by the possibility of flexibly scaling up and down capacity when the situation requires it. Partly based on experience in recent years, the expected future needs and indexations, the scope of the Assignment has been estimated. The estimated value of the Assignment is approximately € 750,000,-- excluding VAT per year, therefore € 3.000.000,-- excluding VAT over a term of 4 years. The maximum value is set at € 6,000,000.
