Het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken, de Hoofddirectie Consulaire en Visumzaken, NederlandWereldwijd (NWW) wil een Raamovereenkomst afsluiten met één opdrachtnemer voor de levering van een Facilitair Contactcenter ter ondersteuning van NWW. Het Facilitair Contactcenter ondersteunt NWW bij het afhandelen van eerstelijns klantcontact in het Nederlands en Engels. De dienstverlening bestaat uit een structurele basisbezetting (waakvlam) die gedurende het jaar ondersteuning biedt bij de reguliere dienstverlening, aangevuld met de mogelijkheid de capaciteit flexibel op en af te schalen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Mede gebaseerd op ervaringscijfers van de afgelopen jaren, de verwachte toekomstige behoefte en indexeringen, is de omvang van de Opdracht geraamd. De geraamde waarde van de Opdracht bedraagt circa € 750.000,-- exclusief btw per jaar, derhalve € 3.000.000,-- exclusief btw over een looptijd van 4 jaar. De maximale waarde is gesteld op € 6.000.000,--.
