⚠Place of performance is DPS Węgorzewo (ul. 11 Listopada 12); deliveries are based on written orders (phone/fax/email/in person) to be fulfilled within 2 days, with possibilities to combine, advance or postpone deliveries in relation to weekends and public holidays, subject to prior agreement and written or documentary confirmation.

❓The overall performance period is from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, and the final contract value equals actually delivered and accepted goods and may not exceed the amount set in §4(1) of the contract.

✓As to contradictions or corrections, such as differences in wording between OPZ and contract, the SWZ clearly states that all requirements in SWZ and annexes are minimum and mandatory and that failure to meet them leads to rejection under art. 226(1)(5) PZP.
