The subject of the procurement is ‘Design and construction of UPOV 53.000 ES, with a plant for solar sludge drying, trial operation and NUS’ as part of the Project ‘Implementation of the VODNOKOMUNAL INFRASTRUCTURE AGLOMERATIJE VIR’. · The Contractor is required to deliver to the Contracting Authority a fully functional and tested Plant on the site of the Vir plant, as defined in this procurement document. … Contractor deems it necessary, including obtaining special conditions from bodies governed by public law and obtaining a location permit at the Contractor's expense (within the agreed construction period) c) Preparation of all major UPOV and NUS projects, including obtaining certificates from bodies governed by public law on the main projects and obtaining building permit(s) at the Contractor's expense (as per the professional guidelines) d) Preparation of all necessary implementation projects for the construction of UPOV 53,000 ES, with a plant for the solar drying of sludge and NUS (as per the professional guidelines) e) Preparation of projects of the derived state (as per the professional guidelines) • Construction of UPOV and NUS inclusive obtaining of use permits a) Construction of UPOV 53, with a plant for the solar drying of sludge and NUS b) Tests upon completion including Experimental work of UPOV (termin which is used through this procurement document and has a minimum legal basis for testing the building before issuing the UPOV) with training of the staff of the Contracting Authority to work with UPOV and NUS, with proof of functional operation of UPOV and proof of guaranteed operating costs for UPOV during experimental work, in accordance with the request of the Contracting Authority. • Removal of defects during the period of notification of defects for UPOV and NUS.
