… obtaining a building permit and carrying out the public works procurement procedure, in the scope, content and in the manner prescribed by the Technical Specifications that form an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. Phase II – Preparation of the Implementation Project Phase II includes the preparation of the Implementation Project that elaborates the solutions from the Main Project, the Project including execution plans, details, schemes, workshop drawings, calculations, tables, specifications and other documentation necessary for the execution of works, to the extent, content and in the manner prescribed by the Technical Specifications, which form an integral part of the Tender documentation. The selected tenderer is obliged to perform all services that are the subject of this procurement in full, professionally, diligently and in a timely manner, in accordance with the Tender documentation and all its annexes, the Technical Specifications, Instructions for the preparation of cost statements, applicable laws and subordinate legislation of the Republic of Croatia, technical regulations, Croatian or equivalent standards, professional rules, special conditions of public law bodies and all other regulations governing the design, construction and operation of health-related buildings. The design and technical documentation must be prepared at the level of quality and elaboration that enables the direct obtaining of a building permit, the implementation of a public procurement procedure for works and the execution of works, without the need for subsequent modifications or additions resulting from professional omissions or incompleteness of the design documentation.
