… documentation required to obtain a building permit and carry out the public works procurement procedure, in the scope, content and manner prescribed by the Technical Specifications, which form an integral part of the Procurement Document. Phase II – Preparation of the Implementation Project Phase II includes the preparation of the Implementation Project which elaborates the design solutions from the Main Design, including the execution plans, details, diagrams, workshop drawings, calculations, tables, specifications and other documentation necessary for the execution of the works, to the extent, content and in the manner prescribed by the Technical Specifications which form an integral part of the Procurement Document. The selected tenderer is obliged to perform all services that are the subject of this procurement in full, professionally, diligently and in a timely manner, in accordance with the Procurement Document and all its annexes, Technical Specifications, Instructions for the preparation of bills of quantities, applicable laws and by-laws of the Republic of Croatia, technical regulations, Croatian or equivalent standards, professional rules, special conditions of public law bodies and all other regulations governing the design, construction and operation of health-related buildings. The design and technical documentation must be prepared at the level of quality and elaboration that enables the immediate obtaining of a building permit, the implementation of the public works procurement procedure and the execution of works, without the need for subsequent changes or additions resulting from professional omissions or incompleteness of the project documentation.
