The scope of the contract is defined as earthworks for a main building with basement and underpasses plus two flat‑founded ancillary buildings at the Bundeswehr site in Kronshagen (postal code 24119, district DEF0B Rendsburg‑Eckernförde). Such as: Aushubmengen of about 26,000 m³ and Verfüllmengen of about 10,500 m³, extensive excavation and disposal positions for different Deponieklassen (DK I–III) and non‑hazardous construction waste (AVV‑Codes 170101/170102) with large quantities in tonnes, including interim storage, sampling, and time‑shifted backfilling according to construction progress. The performance period according to TED is from 01.04.2027 to 30.10.2030, with detailed Ausführungsfristen and contractual deadlines (Vertragsfristen) to be specified or derived from a Bauzeitenplan in the Besondere Vertragsbedingungen (Formblatt 214): beginning of earthworks in 2027 (linked to ground removal and building sequence 13A, 13B, then 13C) and corresponding completion deadlines. Place of performance is the fenced Bundeswehr site; the LV text outlines access rules, the need for passes from the Kasernenkommandanten, obligations to keep rescue routes free, restrictions on overnight stays, and use of designated BE‑ and storage areas.

The award criteria and weighting are relatively simple. Regarding contradictions or corrections, the documents contain some generic framework clauses that are overridden by the specific checkboxes and notes in this tender.
