… declaration on the characteristics of the construction products submitted by the contractor, a declaration of performance and test reports, with the technical indicators and characteristics set out in the approved investment project, As well as from the detailed bills of quantities for the site: 5.1. detailed inspection of the offer of the Contractor of the Construction Works and the CCC to the approved technical design in connection with the implementation of the activity; 5.2. control of the compliance of the input materials and products, both in accordance with the applicable legislation in force and in accordance with the contract with the Contractor of the Construction Works. 6) prepares a technical passport of the construction, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation No 5/28.12.2006. The technical passport is submitted to the Contracting Authority in paper format in 2 two copies, accompanied by an electronic medium in the format “doc” and “pdf”, corresponding to the paper one. The electronic copy is submitted on CD or another electronic medium: 7) prepares a final report to the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Development Act, after the completion of the construction and installation works. The report is submitted in paper format in 2 (two) copies, accompanied by an electronic medium in the format “.pdf” and “.doc”, corresponding to the paper one.
