… characteristics of the construction products, declaration of performance and test reports submitted by the contractor of the works, with the technical performances and characteristics laid down in the approved investment project, as well as from the detailed bills of quantities for the site: 5.1. prior detailed acquaintance with the offer of the contractor of the construction works and the CCC to the approved technical design in connection with the implementation of the activity; 5.2. control of the compliance of the input materials and products, both with the applicable legislation in force and in accordance with the contract with the Contractor of the works. 6) prepares a technical passport of the construction, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No 5/28.12.2006. The technical passport shall be submitted to the Employer in hard copy in 2 copies, accompanied by an electronic medium in the format “doc” and “pdf”, corresponding to the hard copy. The electronic copy shall be provided on a CD or other electronic medium: 7) prepare a final report to the Employer, according to the requirements of the Spatial Development Act, after the completion of the construction and installation works.
