1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and implementation of a system for classifying documents with a perpetual license for 6,000 users and annual technical support of the manufacturer (ATiK). 2. Technical support must be provided in Polish or English. 3. The Contractor must have the right to legally sell the license together with ATiK from the manufacturer of the offered solution in the Republic of Poland or have the status of an authorized representative of the manufacturer of the offered solution. 4. The implementation and configuration of the system must be completed within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not later than by 29.12.2026. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 6 to the ToR.
