Le présent marché couvre l'ensemble des composants suivants, qu'il s'agisse de fonctionnalités reconduites, améliorées ou nouvellement introduites : ► Un espace personnel citoyen (front-end) accessible via authentification forte (Itsme®/eID/CSAM) ► Un back-office de gestion collaborative des dossiers pour les agents communaux ► Un créateur de formulaires no-code/low-code avec gestion des conditions et validations ► Un moteur de workflow et de modélisation de processus conforme au standard BPMN 2.0 ► Une authentification SSO via Azure Active Directory pour les agents ► Une gestion granulaire des droits, rôles et accès par service et par type de démarche ► Une intégration CRM et des connecteurs d'interopérabilité (API REST, webhooks) Le marché comprend : la licence d'utilisation de la plateforme, la configuration et le paramétrage initial, la migration des données existantes le cas échéant, la formation des agents et administrateurs, la documentation complète, et la maintenance corrective et évolutive pendant la durée du contrat.
