… règlementation applicables aux Offices publics de l'Habitat. L'accord-cadre conclu est sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 215 000 euro(s) HT. En application de l'article R2162-8 du code de la commande publique, les marchés subséquents prendront la forme d'un accord-cadre fixant toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations et exécuté au moyen de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14. Les prestations sont rémunérées selon les modalités prévues à l'acte d'engagement et au bordereau de prix unitaire (BPU). La structure de rémunération du titulaire repose sur : - Un pourcentage appliqué au prix de vente hors droits effectivement réalisé pour les prestations de commercialisation, dont le fait générateur est la signature de l'acte authentique de vente - Un prix unitaire forfaitaire pour les prestations complémentaires conformément au BPU
