The process, step by step
- RegistrationEnter SIREN/SIRET or, for companies without a French identifier, country and national register number; choose login and password. Free.
- SearchSearch consultations by keyword and criteria, save searches. Details and the DCE are readable without login.
- Prepare the computerCheck the technical prerequisites: cookies, port 443, an unzipper (7-Zip), on non-Windows a P12 certificate if a signature is required.
- Prepare the responseDownload the DCE; ask questions through the buyer profile's messaging (login needed). Check whether the consultation requires signature and DUME; both are stated explicitly.
- Practise on test consultationsPLACE offers test consultations with and without signature or DUME.
- RespondSubmit the electronic response: candidature (with DUME if defined) plus offer; sign only where the consultation requires it, then with a qualified eIDAS certificate.
- Backup copyWhere the règlement provides for it, also submit a copie de sauvegarde under its rules.
- Four hours of marginThe terms of use recommend submitting at least four hours before the deadline (Paris time).
