There will be no limits on participation in lots or the award of several lots to the same economic operator. In order to guarantee the quality of the service, Article 108(7) of the Code lays down a minimum threshold of 35 points for the technical score. The following types of contractual amendment will be envisaged, in all lots: - pursuant to Article 120(10) of the Code, there will be an option to extend the maximum duration by a further 24 months, to be exercised even in instalments for a minimum of 6 months; therefore, if this option is exercised, the maximum total duration of each contract will be 60 months; in this case, the contractor will be required to perform the tasks covered by the contract at the same prices, agreements and conditions as provided for in the contract; - in exceptional cases, if the conditions set out in Article 120(11) of the Code are met, the duration of the basic contract or of the contract resulting from the exercise of the option, which is still in the process of being performed, may be extended for the time strictly necessary to complete the procedure for identifying the new contractor. In this case, the contractor will be required to perform the tasks covered by the contract at the same prices, pacts and conditions as provided for in the contract; - pursuant to Article 120(1)(a) of the Code, Rai S.p.A. reserves the right, if the contractual amount (of the “basic” contract or that deriving from the exercise of the option) is not exhausted at the end of the contractual term, to extend the duration of the relevant contract for the time necessary to be able to use the entire contractual amount; - pursuant to Article 120(1)(a) of the Code, Rai S.p.A. reserves the right to insert or exclude from the contract, in whole or in part (by way of example, for a property, part of the property and/or part of the facilities and/or services), even for limited periods, settlements that are acquired and/or sold or enter or leave the legal availability of the contracting authority or are subject to substantial restructuring, without right on the part of the Adjudicator
