The services covered by the contract consist in the recognition, identification, completion of information and reporting of musical works and related recording media used in radio and television programs and radio broadcasts Rai, through the use of automatic recognition systems, specialist databases and validation and control activities, in order to allow the correct fulfillment of the obligations provided for by the applicable legislation and license agreements with respect to the Collecting. … Cue Sheets according to the planned layout; • manage the Black List, the Discarded Files and the remediation and correction activities; • produce the reports and evidence requested by Rai for the purposes of checks and controls. The services shall also include the start-up, deployment, operational support and outbound transition activities necessary to ensure the continuity and proper execution of the reporting process. Rai reserves the right to request, in whole or in part, the following services ‘on request’: a) reporting of the Musical Works and Supports related to the programming of the channels currently marked with the "Rai Italia" brand; b) recognition and reporting of musical works and media related to content on the platform "RaiPlay"; c) recognition and reporting of musical works and media related to content on the platform "RaiPlay Sound"; d) recognition and reporting of Musical Works and Media relating to programs already broadcast in periods prior to the contractual duration on general television and radio channels. In such cases, Rai will provide the Supplier with the opportunity to listen to and/or view the relevant recordings; e) recognition and reporting of Musical Works and Supports related to programs already broadcast in periods prior to the contractual duration on thematic, regional and dedicated to linguistic minorities television and radio channels. In such cases, Rai will provide the Supplier with the opportunity to listen to and/or view the relevant recordings; f) elaborations and analyses relating to the representativeness of the Collectings with reference to specific channels, schedules and/or time periods; g) segmentation of television programming for the purpose of identifying the actual airing time of the programs; h) segmentation of radio programming for the purpose of identifying the actual broadcasting time of the programs; i) completion and integration of Rai data relating to Program Content Declarations (DCP); j) integration and reconciliation of the data collected by the Supplier with the information relating to musical uses contained in the Program Content Declarations (DCP) prepared by Rai. For a detailed description of the technical and functional characteristics of the services in question, as well as the procedures for performing them, please refer to the Technical Tender Specifications. - pursuant to Article 58 of the Code and in application of the relevant principles, the procedure is divided into a single lot for the following reasons: (i) the services covered by the award constitute a unitary and highly integrated process of recognition, identification, completion of information and reporting of the Musical Works and related phonographic data, which requires the unitary and homogeneous management of the same Database in order to ensure consistency
