The contracting authority envisages the possibility that other brands and models of buses than those specified above for individual localities will be repaired, but remaining in the category of buses related to the subject of the contract, the repairs of which will be carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in these tender specifications and the draft terms of the contract. The Ordering Party estimates that the above may apply to no more than 5 different vehicle models. ►The number of repairs will be fully dependent on the actual malfunctions and defects of buses and the needs of the Ordering Party. The service should be provided successively on the basis of orders placed by the Ordering Party, i.e. repair orders sent by the Ordering Party to the Contractor. The Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor the provision of services within the scope of the subject of the contract, the value of which will not be lower than 30% of the gross value of the amount allocated for the implementation of the subject of the contract during the contract period. ►The Contractor provides all accessories, materials, devices with his own efforts and at his own expense. The price for 1 rbh must take into account all components related to the use of necessary materials, liquids, accessories, tools, as well as the cost of labor (not applicable to spare parts) and in the event that it concerns the cost of travel (accounts, etc.) of the Contractor's employees to the premises of the Ordering Party or the User. ►The service provided by the Contractor must ensure the Ordering Party high quality and proper functioning of the bus in accordance with the parameters specified by the manufacturer. ►Periodic technical inspections and technical inspections of vehicles guaranteed by the manufacturer are excluded from the subject of the contract. ►The scope of the repair service includes: - performing the necessary maintenance (e.g. lubricating buses, diagnosing malfunctions, checking performance after repairs), resulting from the operation and specific mileage of buses covered by the subject of the contract, - performing ongoing repairs, - performing repairs related to electronic diagnostics and control on the bus, - disposing of the aforementioned parts and consumables, - assembly of new spare parts, rubber accessories and consumables, - the Contractor, in the absence of the provision by the Ordering Party of the necessary spare parts and consumables to perform the service, ensures them within its scope, - towing the bus (if applicable due to the technical condition of the bus) from the stations of military units, - towing the bus from Military Units in Grudziądz, the Group, Chełmnie and Brodnica from the Contractor's workshop in the event of finding that the repair costs have been exceeded in relation to the value of the bus or after verifying the inventory and evaluating the components/parts required to remove the malfunctions of the bus resulting from the cost estimate. ► The Contractor shall, during the term of the contract: - have the necessary expertise to perform ongoing repairs and
