The input text contains essential extracts from the procurement documents of a public tender in Germany (city of Koblenz, federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate) for the supply of badges for the admission office of Koblenz.

This is a procurement procedure according to the sub-threshold procurement regulation (UVgO), with references to German procurement law, the Rhineland-Palatinate State Tariff Compliance Act (LTTG) and the VOL/B.
