The subject is “Sint‑Jacobskerk: consolidatie interieur schip en viering,” including consolidation of plaster layers and stabilisation of the oksaal (doksaal), works to masonry, timber structures, plasterwork, and decorative painting/restoration of historical finishes in the ship and crossing (viering). The place of performance is the Sint‑Jacobskerk in Leuven (Belgium), under the supervision of the city’s buildings directorate and the external architect Studio Roma. The meetcodes follow NBN B 06‑001:1982; quantities in the detailed meetstaat are indicative and the contractor must verify all dimensions and real quantities before tendering, and report any errors or gaps at the time of bidding.
