The detailed scope of the works is defined in Article 4 of the model contract for design and construction and in the technical specification. The implementation is carried out according to the principle of "design and build", which means that the selected contractor produces all the necessary project documentation (at least DGD and PZI), obtains all the necessary consents, permits and administrative permits, including a building permit if this is necessary for the envisaged scope of interventions, and carries out all the works until successful trial operation, proof of the required parameters and final acceptance. The subject of the contract is also regular and preventive maintenance of heat pumps during the period of 120 (one hundred and twenty) months from the beginning of the warranty period. to benefit from renewable energy sources and rationalise thermal energy production by reducing losses and environmental impacts.The subject matter is further specified in the technical specification and model contracts (OBR-Design and Construction Contract and OBR-Maintenance Contract).
