The subject-matter of the contract is the construction of the construction ‘KE, Modernisation of the MET tramway lines in Košice, 2nd stage, UČS 16’ as further defined in the terms of the contract and its annexes. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into individual building objects (SO) and operating files (PS) in accordance with the project documentation attached to the works contract. The detailed definition, scope and technical solution of individual building objects and operating files are set out in the project documentation and other documents of the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as ‘the subject-matter of the contract’). The content of the contract will correspond to the conditions set out in the tender documents and the successful tenderer’s tender. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, including the requirements for the performance of the work, is set out in the draft works contract and its annexes. The deadline for performance of the subject-matter is 395 calendar days from the start of the works, the start of the works will be determined in accordance with the terms of the works contract. Place of performance of the subject of the contract: City of Košice, Slovak Republic, namely the construction site defined by the project documentation and the documents of the contracting authority. In accordance with Section 38(4) of the PPA, the contracting authority requires the following essential tasks to be carried out directly by the tenderer itself or by a member of the group of contractors with its own personnel and technical capacities: 1. works on the railway upper (a) SO 16-05-01 - TÚ CROSS (outside) – k.o. Mol-davská (outside), the track upper as a return driver and 2. works on the track line (a) SO 16-05-01.01 - TÚ CROSS (outside) – k.o.
