Nachweis der technischen und beruflichen Leistungsfähigkeit nach § 46 VgV : Referenzen - (1) Mit dem Angebot vorzulegen sind: (1.1) Referenzliste (Vordruck) mit Referenzen für quantitativ sowie qualitativ vergleichbare Leistungen in den letzten drei Jahren (2023 bis 2025) mit Angabe zum Gegenstand des Auftrages und Auftragswert, des Zeitraums der Leistungserbringung sowie des Auftraggebers mit zentraler Telefonnummer. Vergleichbare Leistungen sind: - Lieferung von Reinigungsmitteln an einen Auftraggeber mit mindestens fünf unterschiedlichen Verwendungsstellen - Der Auftragswert der einzelnen Referenzen muss jeweils mindestens ein Volumen in Höhe von 150.000,- EUR pro Jahr betragen. Bei der Bildung einer Bietergemeinschaft ist der Vordruck Referenzliste von jedem Mitglied der Bietergemeinschaft für die zu übernehmende Teilleistung vorzulegen. Auf die Angabe der Referenzen wird bei Bietern verzichtet, die in den letzten drei Jahren bereits vergleichbare Leistungen für die Stadt Hamm erbracht haben. (1.2) Nach § 46 Abs. 3 Ziffer 10 VgV: (1.2.1) bei Einschaltung anderer Unternehmen: Angaben gem. Vordruck "Eigenerklärung zur Leistungsübertragung an Nachunternehmen bzw. zur Eignungsleihe" (1.2.2) Bei Eignungsleihe: Angaben gem. Vordruck "Verpflichtungserklärung anderer Unternehmen" Diese Erklärung ist vom anderen Unternehmen gesondert zu unterschreiben.
