The contracting authority informs that the remuneration is financed from the European Union funds under the Technical Assistance Programme for the European Funds 2021-2027 and from the state budget. 6. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of a deposit. 7. The Contracting Authority stipulates that it may first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative qualification of the Contractor. 8. Before signing the contract, the Contractor must lodge a performance guarantee of 5% of the total gross price indicated in the tender for performance of the contract. The security may be lodged, at the choice of the contractor, in one or more of the following forms: (1) money; 2) bank sureties or sureties of a cooperative savings and credit union, except that the credit union's obligation is always a monetary obligation; 3) bank guarantees; 4) insurance guarantees; 5) sureties provided by the entities referred to in Article 6b sec. 5 point 2 of the Act of 9 November 2000 establishing the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. A full description of the procedure, including the description and form of documents submitted in the procedure, can be found in the Terms and Conditions. 11.The order will be executed on the following dates: 1) Phase I – 24 months: a) from 11.01.2027, in the case of conclusion of the contract before 11.01.2027 or b) from the date of conclusion of the contract, in the case of conclusion of the contract after 10.01.2027; 2) Stage II: a) from the conclusion of the contract until 11.01.2027 in the case of concluding the contract before 11.01.2027 or b) within 5 working days from the conclusion of the contract, in the case of concluding the contract after 10.01.2027; 3) Stage III: a) from the conclusion of the contract until 10.01.2027 in the case of concluding the contract before 10.01.2027 or b) within 5 working days from the conclusion of the contract, in the case of concluding the contract after 10.01.2027; 4) Stage IV – 24 months: a) from 11.01.2027, in the case of conclusion of the contract before 11.01.2027 or b) from the date of conclusion of the contract, in the case of conclusion of the contract after 10.01.2027 13. Communication between the Ordering Party and contractors takes place in Polish via the Purchasing Platform at https:/ order.mfipr.gov.pl/. The contracting authority does not provide for communication with contractors in any other way than using electronic means of communication. Technical and organizational requirements for electronic correspondence: 1. The Ordering Party, in accordance with § 11 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 30 December 2020 on the method of preparation and transmission of information and technical requirements for electronic documents and means of electronic communication in the public procurement procedure
