… Party of the terms of use of the software. 2. The Contractor will provide access to the personalized website of the manufacturer with a defined Purchase Account of the Ordering Party, allowing authorized persons on the part of the Ordering Party to: downloading purchased software, checking the number of active subscriptions in the list of purchased products. 3. If you offer a Microsoft solution - the order will be processed under the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement MPSA program. 4. The contracting authority shall allow equivalent tenders to be submitted. Detailed requirements on equivalence can be found in the ToR. 5. The subject of the order must be carried out by the Contractor who has the status of a licensed Microsoft partner (LSP) entitling to sell licenses, and if an equivalent solution is offered, the Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be carried out by the Contractor who has the status of a licensed partner of the manufacturer of the offered software, entitling to sell licenses. · Purchase with delivery of Microsoft Exchange Online Plan1 user license, for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 catalog symbol AAA-04063, in the number of 7200 units (without Software Assurance option).
