Part 2: Delivery of transformers for tasks: - Expansion of the Stanisławów 400/110 kV station to connect new facilities to the PPS, - Expansion of the Gdańsk Przyjaźń 400 kV station and the Żydowo Kierzkowo 400(220)/110 kV station with the installation of reactive power compensation devices and adaptation of the Gdańsk I 400/220/110 kV station to switch the 400 kV Dunowo-Żydowo Kierzkowo-Gdańsk I and Piła Krzewina-Żydowo Kierzkowo 400 kV line to expand the Żydowo Kierzkowo SE to connect rail bridges, - Expansion of the Łomża System 400 kV station to connect new facilities to the PPS, - Modernisation of the Boguszów 220/110 kV station - Stage 2, - Expansion of the Grudziądz Węgrowo 400/220/110 kV station to connect new facilities to the PPS, - Construction of the Krzemienica 400 kV station with the introduction of the Dunowo-Słupsk 400 kV line and the Słupsk – Żydowo Kierdkowo 400 kV line. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in Part II of the Terms of Reference Description of the subject of the Order for each of the Parts. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary names and codes: 31173000-9 - Transducers. 4. Each time, in all cases where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the Contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 1 point 2 and par. 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not inferior to those referred to. This means that the Contractor may apply the solutions described by the Contracting Authority ‘or equivalent’. 5. Pursuant to Article 101(1) CTMR, 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the tender, in particular by the means of evidence referred to in Articles 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet in an equivalent manner the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the Order. Delivery of transformers on the task: - Expansion of the Stanisławów 400/110 kV station for the connection of new facilities to the PPS, - Expansion of the Gdańsk Przyjaźń 400 kV station and the Żydowo Kierzkowo 400(220)/110 kV station with the installation of reactive power compensation devices and adaptation of the Gdańsk I 400/220/110 kV station to switch the 400 kV Dunowo-Żydowo Kierzkowo-Gdańsk I and Piła Krzewina-Żydowo Kierzkowo 400 kV line to the 400 kV voltage - expansion of the Żydowo Kierzkowo SE to connect rail bridges, - Expansion of the Łomża Systemowa 400 kV station for the connection of new facilities to the Płock 400_110 kV station for the connection of new facilities to the PPS. 2.
