The Ordering Party shall consider as equivalent solutions solutions solutions that allow to achieve the effect assumed by the Ordering Party by means of other technical solutions. Equivalent solutions cannot be considered as identical solutions, but only those that in the compared features indicate exactly the same or very similar value in use. By indicating the manufacturer's names, trademarks, standards, approvals or reference systems, the Ordering Party aimed to determine the minimum quality parameters and performance characteristics that goods must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party and constitute only a quality standard of the subject of the contract. By the provision concerning the minimum requirements of quality parameters, the Ordering Party understands the requirements of goods contained in generally available sources, catalogues, manufacturers' websites, and the like. Operating with examples of manufacturer's names is only aimed at clarifying the level of expectations of the Ordering Party in relation to a specific solution. d) Required warranty period: the minimum guarantee period is 24 months. The maximum warranty period is 48 months. Tenders with a guarantee period of less than 24 months will be rejected. (e) Time limit for performance of the contract: 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. f) The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 1 PPL, requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing the following activities in the performance of the contract: a) employees - direct performance of the service, i.e. activities consisting in the liquidation of failures and all kinds of defects in the operation of the UTCS traffic control system. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of personal execution of the order by persons conducting business activity or partners of a commercial law company. · 1. Description of the subject of the contract: a) The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services in the efficiency of the UTCS traffic control system in the part under the supervision of the Sitraffic Scala application in the city of Krakow (along with the migration of the application to the Yutraffic Symphony version), which is understood by eliminating failures and all kinds of defects in the operation of the above-mentioned Systems. b) The Ordering Party described the subject of the contract using the following attachments: - The draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex 2 to the tender specifications, - the description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) together with the annex constituting Annex 5 to the tender specifications, c) Time-limit for performance of the contract: 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
