Zakup energii elektrycznej dla Brzeskiego Centrum Medycznego w Brzegu oraz Krapkowickiego Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. wraz z usługą bilansowania handlowego energii z instalacji OZE następować będzie oparciu o faktyczne zużycie energii elektrycznej, w oparciu o ceny indeksu produktu RDN (Rynek Dnia Następnego) oraz RT (Rynku Terminowego) na Towarowej Giełdzie Energii (TGE) dla poszczególnych godzin doby handlowej okresu rozliczeniowego (dotyczy całego okresu dostawy energii) z uwzględnieniem marży Wykonawcy i obowiązkowych obciążeń (akcyza, prawa majątkowe, podatki, itp.). Usługi dystrybucyjne będą świadczone na podstawie odrębnej umowy zawartej pomiędzy Wykonawcą, a lokalnym operatorem systemów dystrybucyjnych.
