… recovery or disposal of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the Waste Act and the Ucpg Act in the field of collected municipal waste from property owners from the Municipality of Dobrcz, 5) transfer in accordance with Article 9ea of the Ucpg Act and management of separately collected municipal waste from the PSZOK in the waste recovery and disposal facility, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 20 sec. 2 of the Waste Act, 6) lease and equipment for the entire duration of the contract of PSZOK in containers for the collection of municipal waste separately collected according to individual fractions, 7) supply of containers for the collection of waste batteries and accumulators collected at the above-mentioned points (one container for the ) point and the collection and management of this waste, 8) supply of containers for expired medicines of pharmacies and pharmacy points (one container for the pharmacy and ) pharmacy point and the collection and management of this waste, 9) collection and transport and management of waste collected in PSZOK, 10) equipment of PSZOK in containers and containers.
