Se trata de una zona urbana con viviendas en ambos márgenes, habiendo sido afectados numerosos tramos de muros de contención junto a los viales, que han sido deteriorados, y las viviendas, varias de las cuales han sido desalojadas. Resulta necesario, pues, volver a ejecutar los muros, reponiendo todos los servicios públicos perjudicados .Asimismo, los taludes del barranco entre tramos de muro también han sufrido erosión, siendo preciso estabilizarlos.
