Servicios puntuales de edificios y eventos, con presupuesto máximo y servicios en función de las necesidades de cada uno de los departamentos afectados, esto es, Policía Local, Deportes, Juventud, Mercados, Fiestas, Cultura, Turismo y Educación. Los citados trabajos se ejecutarán de conformidad con las atribuciones que figuran en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas que especifica los datos básicos que definen y condicionan el objeto del contrato, las normas e instrucciones de carácter general aplicables y las prescripciones y recomendaciones que, sin tener este carácter, sean de obligado cumplimiento.
