Folgende Anforderungen sind im Rahmen der Eignung zwingend nachzuweisen: A = Ausschluss Finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit: - Betriebs- bzw. Berufshaftpflichtversicherung mit Deckungssummen für Personen- und Sachschäden in Höhe von mindestens 3 Mio. EUR und Vermögensschäden in Höhe von mindestens 1 Mio. EUR pro Jahr, alternativ: im Auftragsfall wird bestehende Betriebs- bzw.
