Warunek ten zostanie spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że: w okresie ostatnich trzech lat, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie wykonał należycie co najmniej jedno zamówienie polegające na dostawie z wdrożeniem systemu cyfrowe… ▸▾
Warunek ten zostanie spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że: w okresie ostatnich trzech lat, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie wykonał należycie co najmniej jedno zamówienie polegające na dostawie z wdrożeniem systemu cyfrowej rejestracji przebiegu rozpraw sądowych w sądach powszechnych, o wartości nie mniejszej niż 500 000,00 zł netto*, dostawa rozumiana jest jako jedno zamówienie/umowa, która została wykonana w sposób należyty. Okres wyrażony w latach liczy się wstecz od dnia, w którym upływa termin składania ofert. W tym celu Wykonawca składa wykaz dostaw według wzoru stanowiącego Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. UWAGA: * Zamawiający, w celu przeliczenia na PLN wszystkich wartości i danych finansowych podanych w innych walutach, zastosuje średni kurs Narodowego Banku Polskiego (NBP) aktualny na dzień publikacji ogłoszenia o zamówieniu, ogłaszany w sposób przewidziany w § 8 uchwały Zarządu NBP nr 51/2002 z dnia 23 września 2002 r. w sprawie sposobu wyliczania i ogłaszania bieżących kursów walut obcych (t.j. Dz. Urz. NBP z 2023 r. poz. 1).
