What the buyer is looking for

Die ausgeschriebene Maßnahme umfasst Dachdämmungs-, Dachabdichtungs- und Klempnerarbeiten auf den Dachflächen des St. Franziskus-Hospitals Ahlen. Am Bestandsgebäude (Bettenhaus) sind die Dämmung und Abdichtung eines Dachschachts, mehrerer Stellfüße sowie die Verlegung von Betonplatten im Bereich der neuen TGA-Aufbauten auszuführen. Auf dem Dach des angrenzenden Neubaus sind zusätzlich Dachdämmungs- und Dachabdichtungsarbeiten, die Herstellung des Dachentwässerungssystems sowie die Errichtung eines Absturzsicherungssystems mit Anschlagpunkten vorgesehen. Im Leistungsverzeichnis enthaltene Wartungspositionen dienen ausschließlich der Preisabfrage und werden bei Bedarf separat beauftragt.
