Neben dem Gebäude befindet sich die Trafostation, in der sowohl die Mittelspannungsschaltanlage als auch zwei Transformatoren mit jeweils 400 kVA Leistung untergebracht sind. Einer ist im Eigentum des Energieversorgers EEW, der andere ist im Besitz des Landkreises. Die Erneuerung der NSHV-Teile ist in den Osterferien 2027 und den Sommerferien 2027 vorgesehen, vorbereitende Arbeiten können nach Abstimmung mit der Schule und der Bauleitung außerhalb der Ferien erfolgen.
