Die Eignungskriterien für die Teilnahme an dieser öffentlichen Ausschreibung lauten: Technische und berufliche Leistungsfähigkeit und wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit; sowie Nichtvorliegen von Ausschlussgründen. Die Bildung einer Bietergemeinschaft zur besseren Abdeckung der geforderten technischen und beruflichen Leistungsfähigkeit ist möglich. Eignungskriterien werden nicht gewichtet.
