Il est rappelé que la mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre est incompatible avec toute mission de mandat de maîtrise d'ouvrage, d'assistance au maître d'ouvrage, de réalisation de travaux ou de contrôle technique portant sur les ouvrages ou travaux objet du présent marché. La participation à la phase de candidature entraîne de la part des concurrents l'acceptation entière et sans réserve du présent règlement de concours.
