Einhaltung der ILO-Kernarbeitsnormen (Mit dem Angebot; Mittels Dritterklärung): Es darauf hingewiesen, dass der Auftragnehmer gem. §12 Abs. 1 NTVergG i.V.m. der Niedersächsischen Kernarbeitsnormenverordnung vom 30.04.2015 (fortan auch NKernVO) verpflichtet wird, für den Fall der Neuanschaffung von einheitlicher Dienstkleidung für die Ausführung des verfahrensgegenständlichen Auftrages sicherzustellen, dass hierbei nur solche Stoffe und sonstige Textilwaren verwendet werden, für die er die Einhaltung der in den ILO-Kernarbeitsnormen festgelegten Mindestanforderungen nach § 2 NKernVO nachweisen kann. Diese Verpflichtung bezieht sich auf die Lieferkette bis zur Produktfertigstellung und gilt nur für Stoffe und sonstige Textilwaren, die in einem Staat oder Gebiet gewonnen oder hergestellt wurden, der oder das in der für den Zeitpunkt der Angebotsabgabe maßgeblichen DAC-List of ODA Redipients de Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECED) aufgeführt ist.
