The ordering party provides a room equipped with tables, chairs, multimedia equipment for conducting classes, flipchart. In justified cases, the Ordering Party may order the provision of training in a remote form. Development training, e.g. training in assertiveness, coping with stress and in difficult situations can be carried out remotely. Participation in classes conducted by the participant - supervision of didactic classes along with providing feedback on observation takes place only in a stationary form. The training participant independently chooses the form of training - individual assertiveness training, coping with difficult situations, etc. or supervision of teaching classes with analysis and feedback. The tenderer arranges meetings with the participants himself. The Ordering Party will provide a list of persons with a telephone number and e-mail address. NUMBER OF GROUPS: Individual meetings DOCEL GROUP: Academic teachers, doctoral students, persons supporting the didactic process and persons conducting didactic classes for students of the University of Life Sciences in Poznań. TOTAL NUMBER OF EDITIONS: It is planned to support 120 people (at least 25 people who are students at the UPP Doctoral School, the remaining estimated number of people will be academic teachers, people supporting the didactic process and other people conducting didactic classes for people studying at the UPP). The Ordering Party declares that meetings will be held for a minimum of 25 people. The final number of people trained depends on the interest in individual meetings. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the use of a certain number of hours or the number of participants. 1h means 1 teaching hour, i.e. 45 minutes. TRAINING OBJECTIVE: The aim of the course is to develop competences useful during classes, assertiveness training and personal development of UPP staff. Support is planned in the form of individual meetings to ensure comfortable conditions, an atmosphere of trust and a safe working space. Participants in the training will learn how to strengthen the workshop and how to respond to difficult situations that they encounter on a daily basis. Experienced staff will have the opportunity to face professional burnout and find a way to motivate students. Support focused on the development of didactic and methodological workshops as well as coping with stress or working on areas requiring improvement. MINIMUM SCOPE OF TRAINING/COURAGE: 1. Participation in classes conducted by the participant - supervision of teaching classes* along with providing feedback on observations. 2. Identification of strengths. 3. Analysis of areas for improvement. 4. Developmental work in the field of assertiveness, coping with stress and in difficult situations. 5. Making recommendations for further development.
