The drawing requires the acceptance of the Ordering Party before the commencement of works. 5) Execution of earthworks necessary for assembly, securing and ordering the area and handing over as-built documentation. 6) Delivery and construction of a safety surface under the equipment and in their safety zones, if it is required by the equipment documents or appropriate safety requirements. The surface shall have parameters appropriate to the drop height indicated for the device. 7) The final synthetic grass outside the areas requiring the cushioning surface will be made by the Ordering Party on its own after acceptance. The contractor must coordinate the levels, drainage, flanges and contacts of the pavement so that the subsequent construction of the grass does not compromise the safety or availability of the equipment. 8) Providing instructions for use and maintenance in Polish, permanent utility markings, contact details of the service, documents confirming the properties and safety and training of the indicated employees of the Ordering Party. Functional requirements of the equipment: The scope includes the delivery and installation of nine training devices with a load for outdoor use. The required quantity is one piece of each device, a total of 9 pieces. Principles of equivalence. Names and descriptions indicate the expected types of exercise and functions. Equivalent devices, including those of a different design, appearance, dimensions and technical solutions, are permitted if they provide all the required functions, resistance control, safety and durability under external conditions. The assessment of equivalence will be based on technical sheets or equivalent documentation of the equipment offered. The mere convergence of muscle names or groups is not enough if the device does not allow the described movements. The detailed scope of the contract, functional requirements of the equipment, quality and safety requirements, rules for the placement and performance of substrates, requirements for the offer and acceptance criteria are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to this Application.
