Załącznikiem nr 1 do OPZ jest Dokumentacja projektowa, w skład której wchodzi: a) Projekt techniczny składający się z opisu technicznego i części rysunkowej b) Specyfikacja techniczna wykonania i odbioru robót c) Dokument pomocniczy - przedmiar robót. Przedmiar ma charakter pomocniczy i nie może stanowić podstawy do ewentualnych roszczeń ze strony Wykonawcy.
